Sancak Inflight Service is the rebirth of Sancak Catering, the first private catering company with 100% Turkish capital in Turkey. Sancak Catering was established at Istanbul Atatürk Airport. During this period, Sancak has achieved rapid growth in a very short time and has become one of the largest catering companies in Turkey.

1993

The company, which provided services under the name Sancak Catering between 1993 and 1997, took the name LSG-Sancak Catering in 1997 with the partnership it established with LSG.

1997

The partnership with LSG was terminated in 2007 by the decision of Turkish capitalists. As a result of the preparation of projects by blending the experience and business knowledge analysis obtained, a new leap and determination, a rebirth took place and Sancak Inflight Service emerged.

2007

Sancak Inflight Service started its operations in September 2010 at Istanbul Ataturk Airport and Antalya Airport in Turkey.
Today, Sancak Inflight Service owns and operates 6 state-of-the-art kitchens in Turkey.

Sancak Inflight Service is an organization that has been established with the aim and desire to take the lead in the development that the airline industry needs, to support it and to share its experiences. Sancak has been operating in Turkey since April 1993 with its 32 years of experience and continues to satisfy its customers today. Sancak's units are specially designed for aviation catering services and state-of-the-art equipment.
